Laser Operator

MDS Mfg. Co. is a family owned and operated business that has been going strong since 1976. They produce quality agricultural loader attachments to meet the growing needs of the American farmer with over 1800 dealers nationwide. MDS also has a Livestock division that designs, builds, manufactures, and services the swine industry in South Dakota.

SALARY: Starting $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (Depending on experience) + Sign on Bonus + Referral Bonuses

SHIFT: Full time - 40 hours per week/Monday - Friday

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN PARKSTON, SD. COMMUTE OR RELOCATION IS REQUIRED

REQUIREMENTS:

- Able to read, understand, and follow technical documents and procedures

- Set up and operate laser cutting machines in accordance with job orders and specifications

- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and job orders accordingly

- Perform routine maintenance, clean, troubleshoot & make minor repairs on laser machine

- Monitor laser cutting process to maintain high-quality production standards

- Able to physically stand, crawl, stoop, push/pull, kneel, bend, squat, and lift and/or move 50+ pounds
